The Role
The machinery we sell carries a warranty that gives our customers peace of mind when making a high-value investment. In the role of Warranty Administrator, you will support the warranty team as they manage the processes behind machine warranty claims and delivery. Based in Christchurch and reporting to the Warranty Manager, you will work closely with the Warranty Team and be involved with:
- Registering machinery with manufacturers via bespoke software systems for sales across New Zealand and Australia
- Extended warranty quoting, purchasing and monitoring
- Providing support to our people on a wide range of warranty systems and processes
- Helping us to be efficient with stakeholder interactions that help us improve warranty yield
Skills & Experience
- An understanding of vehicle warranty processes and operations would be an advantage
- Display a sound and organised approach to a wide range of administrative duties across a number of stakeholders – both internal and external
- Be well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have a core desire to provide great customer service and the communication skills to match
- A high standard of teamwork, independence and initiative
- Be able learn and use a diverse range of software systems
